Last month, Laitram Machinery hosted its second Shrimp School in Guayaquil, Ecuador, for professionals in the shrimp industry.

The event was a tremendous success, welcoming a passionate community of shrimp farmers and processors from different parts of Latin America eager to learn and grow.
