We understand that the Tree Nut industry landscape is constantly evolving, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices is crucial for staying ahead in today's competitive business world. In the past, Laitram Machinery focused most of the learning opportunities in the seafood business, but this past March, Laitram Machinery had its first Tree Nut School in Fresno, California.
The nut school provided a two-day training event, Nut School, held on March 23rd and 24th of, 2023, for Nut Processors in California.
The target audience for this school included present and future leaders in the Nut Industry in areas such as Operations, Sanitation, Quality, Food Safety, Maintenance, and Project Engineering.
The purpose of the training was to provide participants with in-person interactive training where they would gain comprehensive knowledge and proficiency in hygienic design, sanitation, food safety, equipment validations, regulations, heat transfer, and Laitram and Intralox’s systems/solutions offerings.
We invited renowned speakers who are experts in their respective fields to share their expertise and provide practical insights that can be applied to real-world nut business scenarios. The training was delivered by:
