The Laitram Super SMART Sorter is the newest and highest-capacity model in Laitram's SMART Sorter line, which has close to 150 systems installed worldwide. High-speed, high-precision lasers scan every shrimp and measure its size, shape and volume in 3-D, not just its girth. The result is accurate grading from one machine that replaces an array of smaller graders.
