CoolSteam pasteurizes product using a gentle, low temperature steam to achieve a 5log+ kill. The continuous method is moisture neutral. The technology increases product yield, while putting an end to product skin lift and altered nut texture. Precision Roasting efficiently dry roasts product, eliminating product cold spots and reducing roast times, allowing greater throughput and processing capacity.
