Our business operations are fully operational globally.
Our production floor and warehouse operations are operating at normal capacity, building new equipment and shipping replacement parts to our customers worldwide on a daily basis.
Our Engineering, Service and Commercial teams are connected via email and phone, to support your operations.
Our technical experts stand ready to provide a remote diagnosis of your equipment issues as we have the capability to log directly into much of the equipment we have installed in your plant.
We will limit on-site visits to customer facilities to resolve critical issues. We will review and follow Government, Customers and the Laitram COVID-19 team guidelines before scheduling any visit.
We have not identified any production or materials sourcing issues that are impacting our ability to support our customers.
We have organized ourselves so that our Commercial and Operations teams can operate remotely from home, as necessary, to support your needs.
