Wan Mei holds a Bachelor’s degree and a PhD in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a specialization in Food Microbiology in her graduate study. 

Wan Mei holds certificates in FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food and HACCP. She is eager to share knowledge and help customers to improve their food safety standards.
