Model LG 70 Grading System
The Laitram Model LG 70 Grading System is designed to pre-grade shrimp prior to
cooking and peeling. It grades approximately 2,900 kg (6,500 lb)
of head-on or headless, fresh or frozen shrimp per hour. In addition to the
grader, the system contains a feed tank capable of holding 181 kg (400 lb) of
product, and a series of take-out conveyors, which deliver shrimp to further
processing areas.
