In addition to our extensive line of shrimp products, Laitram
has decades of experience in developing state-of-the-art, patented
steam cookers. Our steam cookers are widely used for various types
of seafood cooking and have also been used as vegetable blanchers as well.
Laitram Machinery continually aims to provide processors with labor-saving equipment. Our new Salmon Cleaner automates the final cleaning process of aquaculture salmon, while the Debagger, the newest addition to our equipment line, automatically opens and separates contents from packaging.
